Our Home-to-Home Concierge Service includes a wide range of services to make the transition from home to assisted living as smooth and stress-free as possible. We’ll provide assistance with packing, organizing, transporting and unpacking your senior loved one’s belongings. We’ll also help with setting up the furniture in their new room and connecting any electronics or appliances. Our caregivers will help your loved one decorate, create personalized touches and become familiar with their new living space and provide support as they get settled in.

Once your loved one has moved in, our caregivers can help them make friends and get used to life in their new home. We can accompany them to activities so they can meet their neighbors and enjoy what their new home has to offer. We’ll also provide companionship and help them participate in recreational activities and social events.

Our caregivers can also provide supplemental senior care when needed. Although your loved one will receive the care they need from the facility’s staff, they may have specialized care needs that can’t be met at all times. At J&M Homecare Services, we can provide support to complement the care your loved one is already receiving.
